After more than 15 years working as a personal trainer, I saw a recurring pattern and a significant gap in understanding around women’s natural cycles — both within the industry and among her clients. Women were doing everything right — exercising consistently, eating well, pushing themselves to keep up — yet feeling exhausted, burnt out, frustrated, and disconnected from their bodies.
What was missing wasn’t discipline.
It was rhythm, education, and permission to adapt.
While I have supported countless individuals of all ages in achieving their fitness goals, over the past five years I have focused my studies on women’s physiology, learning how training, nutrition and rest can be tailored
